Prices for delivery and pickup are quoted round trip. Roundtrip Deliveries consist of Happy Hour Hawaii events transporting items from our facility in Waimanalo Hawaii to the client’s event venue for delivery. After the event is over, we arrive back at the client’s event venue, pick up the rented items, and return them back to our facility. All of our rentals require a minimum of 2 movers, Extra charges may also be assessed if more movers are needed. Due to the delicate nature of many of our items, Happy Hour Hawaii delivers and picks up all items. We do not provide will-call services. All items will be delivered and picked up at a designated location. Deliveries and pickups need to be prearranged. After-hours deliveries/pickups or specific time frames may be subject to additional service fees. Our normal Delivery/Pick up hours are from 10 am-10 pm. Extra charges may also be assessed for far from vehicle locations, stairs, or other labor-intensive deliveries. If the delivery site is not ready or accessible at the time of delivery or pickup, the Client will incur an additional charge, and/or the equipment may not be delivered. The Client must be available to count all items and show that everything is in perfect condition upon delivery and pickup, otherwise Happy Hour Hawaii counts will be considered accurate.

This rental contract is valid between Happy Hour Hawaii Events and the client listed below. Equipment will be reserved upon receipt of a signed “Rental Contract” and a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 50% of total charges (All monies paid are non-refundable), with a minimum final payment requirement of $800. The initial 50% deposit payment is due at the time of reservation and the final deposit, of the same value (the second half of 100%), is due in full three weeks prior to the event. Any deposits paid are non-refundable, as stated on the invoice being paid. Refunds are not allowed. Once an invoice is paid, those items cannot be changed, unless exchanged for something that is available and of equal value.

If the second half payment isn’t paid on time and in full, the rental items and the initial deposit will be forfeited. If the $800 requirement is not met by the time your final invoice is due, the deposit will be forfeited and we will not fulfill the event order and delivery. The remaining balance, along with the final counts, is due three weeks prior to your event.

Loss or Damage to Items:

Responsibility for equipment remains with the Client from delivery until pick up of items. Items not returned within 3 days after the event are considered missing. Items that are returned but not in the state they were delivered; broken, chipped, and cracked are considered damaged. Missing or damaged items will be charged to the credit card at replacement cost. A detailed invoice of these items will be provided to the Client. Charges billed to the credit card will consist of missing or damaged items, or any balances left unpaid 10 days after the Client’s event. A detailed invoice of those charges and a copy of the receipt will be mailed to the Client after the event.

Be sure all rentals are returned according to these terms and conditions. Responsibility for the rentals remains with the Client from the time of delivery to the time of pickup. Please be sure all rentals are secured when not in use and protected from weather and theft. All collection fees, attorney fees, court costs, or any expense involved in the collection of rental charges will be the Client’s responsibility. The Client is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of failure to meet these conditions. In any case, Happy Hour Hawaii events shall not be held liable for any injury or damage, including consequential damage, resulting from the failure or defect of any rental equipment. Rental fees are still due and payable and Happy Hour Hawaii events shall be released hereunder for conditions brought about by acts of God, strikes, boycotts, civil insurrections or other conditions beyond our control. Oftentimes, we recommend venue insurance to cover any and all injury, theft, damage, etc. that may result in a monetary loss due to any unfortunate event that may occur. Insurance is relatively inexpensive and we can recommend a company to you upon request.
